Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Never been so disappointed with the staff working on 10/21/2023 at 6:00 5 employees standing around talking and I’m the only customer inside at the time waiting for someone to take my order. I finally asked if anyone was available to take my order and they looked at me and said “we will be right with you” I looked at my phone and literally waited another 4.5 minutes as they were talking about plans after work. Finally as I was about to walk out someone popped out from the back kitchen and said can I take your order and in my response I said sure I’ve been waiting to order for several minutes now. They must have taken that rude because I’ve never ever had a problem with my order but this time I think the must have not cared and literally threw it all mostly in the middle 😡😡 very unhappy with customer service this evening and the quality of my order. I feel I paid to much money on pizza that I had to fix it myself before cooking. Not to mention the sauce was literally spread on only 2/3 of the pizza

I went in to get a pizza today for me and a friend, and I waited over an hour for the pizza to be made, not only that but it was made wrong, employees gave her attitude and they refused to replace her incorrect cheese pizza because they were "backed up". Not only that but the Mediterranean was made wrong, and most of it was piled in the middle. this is absolutely unacceptable behavior. I deserved to be given what I payed for. We get pizza almost every wednesday but this week and last week were absolutely infuriating. I assumed last week that it was because maybe they were short an employee or two. But for it to happen two weeks in a row, not to mention the two employees I look forward to talking to and seeing every wednesday were not there. The employees were in disarray with what seemed like nobody taking control and feeling people what to do. it felt like I was watching a children's classroom. I dont want a replacement, I just want to inform you your current employees at the broadway location are the reason I'm not going to go back anymore. I used to recognize a few employees there but I didnt see them today or last week. I will be unrecommending this location to my friends and family. If things keep up same way these last two wednesdays have been they're going to lose many more customers then just me.

My complaint is the order online process-or to whoever opened the store and did not check orders placed. Placed an order (large order) for an important business meeting. We go there and “NO” record. But after giving the confirmation number, they had record. Where did the mishap take place?! I get it, we own a business- but it’s important to have a system in place if you are offering a service.

I have found this Papa Murphy's store to always be clean and inviting. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pizza is fantastic. It is easy to find and right off Hwy 20. Easy car access from and back to Hwy 20.

Family size Not good! Not much pepperon! The crust was not as good as it used to be. Not going back till they fix there problem!
